Our Billing Procedure:
21-30 Days in Advance of the DUE DATE we mail
a paper notice unless EFT billing has been
selected.

On the first business day AFTER the DUE date a
Suspension Notice is printed that includes a 10
day window of opportunity and an additional
$20.00 Fee. If the bill is paid within this window
including the fee, then the policy continues in
force, (the mortgagee or loss payee is notified at
this time as well)

On the 11th Day after the policy payment is due
then a cancellation is mailed that is retroactive to
the due date. THIS IS SERIOUS. You have no
coverage at this point. A limited number of
cancelations are allowed including much higher
fee for reinstatment.
